The International Seafarers' Welfare and Assistance Network (ISWAN) in India & South Asia organized a one-day seminar at the Maritime Training Institute (SCI-MTI), Powai, Mumbai. The event, themed "Seafarers: Supported, Empowered, Connected," aimed to bring together key maritime industry stakeholders to discuss and find solutions for the welfare of seafarers and their families. Key Participants and Delegates: A total of ten cadets from IMU NMC, along with a faculty member and instructor, attended the seminar, gaining insights into vital aspects of seafarer welfare.
