In September 2024, cadets from IMU NMC had the opportunity to explore the operations at Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT) in two informative phases: First Phase: On September 14, 2024, 25 cadets visited JNPT. Second Phase: On September 28, 2024, 24 cadets took part in the visit. The trips were coordinated by Mr. R.P. Singh, Instructor at IMU NMC. During their visits, the cadets learned about vital bridge and watchkeeping equipment, as well as port operations, gaining invaluable insights into the maritime industry.
