MPC proudly participated in India’s inaugural National Space Day, themed "Touching Lives While Touching the Moon: India’s Space Saga." Cadets, staff, and faculty gathered in the auditorium to witness a live telecast of the program, celebrating our nation’s remarkable achievements in space.
President Droupadi Murmu marked this special day by visiting an exhibition on space technologies at Bharat Mandapam, commending ISRO's innovations and the growing involvement of private players in the sector. She highlighted India’s commitment to making space missions debris-free by 2030.
As part of our celebrations, IMU-MPC faculty delivered an engaging talk on the theme, inspiring all attendees about the significance of space exploration.
On 26 August 2024 , we organized poster making and essay writing competitions for our cadets, encouraging creativity and deeper understanding of India’s space journey.
