The celebrations kicked off with the hoisting of the National Flag and Our Director and student representatives shared inspiring talks, reminding us of the importance of independence. As part of our festivities, SMET organized exciting competitions under the UDAAN initiative. A special moment included planting trees, generously donated by the Rotary Club, by our HoDs and student toppers, enhancing our campus's green footprint. Additionally, we showcased the operation of the OOW Simulator to B.Tech students and their families, providing a glimpse into practical maritime training.
