Rear Admiral (Dr) Rangachari P J (Retired), the Campus Director, addressed the gathering and brought out the importance and beauty of yoga that ensures nourishment to the Body-Mind-Soul. Yoga session was conducted by Dr Sumanta Bhadra, Faculty of Physical Education starting from simple warming up exercises to several yoga asanas culminating in meditation. He explained each asana and what is does to the body-mind-soul and it was indeed a joyful occasion for everyone present.
