Indian Maritime University, Navi Mumbai campus organized a Yoga session on 21/06/2024 the theme for International Yoga Day 2024 is 'Yoga for Self and Society’. All the participants performed several sitting and standing asanas per the guidance of the yoga Guru. Surya Namskara, Pranayama and Meditation followed various asanas. At the end of the session, the yoga trainer gave a short class about the benefits of Yoga.
