The programme was conducted on LMS Moodle (IIT Bombay) in a Flipped classroom system. Every day there was test on the previous day lectures. The Nurturing Future Leadership Program at IIT Bombay provided me with a comprehensive understanding of leadership in the context of education and beyond. Through a diverse range of interactive sessions, I gained valuable insights, skills, and perspectives to lead effectively in a rapidly changing world. As a library and academic professional, participation in the Leadership programme has offer several valuable benefits and opportunities for our professional growth, networking, and skill development.
